Should a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon shake above 70mph on highway?

I just bought an 06 Rubicon with 45,000 miles. Is it normal for it to shake? Not violently or anything? Is it cause of the massive tires. I know jeeps aren’t meant to run smoothly.
