With intentionally unfinished interior/exterior, what keeps the cost so high?

I was just trying to get a ball park price of leaseing a Jeep Wrangler with auto, soft top, model X.
A standard 36 or 39 month lease Model X with the s package and auto soft top, 36k miles. Sticker price is aroung 23,000. Also in NJ.

how much does it cost to get a suspension lift installed on a 96 grand cherokee?

im looking to try to price out a set of rims and tires for the Wrangler but dont want to spend an excessive amount for them..can anyone ballpark it?

I also like the 4runners. i want some more options though but i cant think of any big suvs that are under 10,000. anything helps thanks!

Please list what options you had too: 4×4, heated seats, what package, towing, leather, etc.

I have to replace the transfer case on my 95 Jeep grand cherokee, the truck has 169,000 miles, is it worth it? Or should I invest in another used car? The transfer case is the 249j model.

I just got a used Wrangler and the previous owner did no upgrades-its the total stock model. I’m ready to start investing in it with big wheels for weekend fun, but its mainly going to be driven around town. A 2 or 4 inch lift maybe?
