My friend has OEM Jeep Cherokee Rims and Tires for sale. They are nicer that the OEMs on my Jeep Wrangler TJ. Will they fit my TJ?

Which is better 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport or 99 Jeep Wrangler?

I had a 99 Jeep Wrangler Sport. 4cyl with no air. I liked it but it was so loud, not sure if that can be corrected and air about 1400.00 to get it put in. I have a 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport air, pwr everything but it not as fun to drive, its an automatic compared to the 5 spd of the wrangler. My question is which is more reliable. The Cherokee I have has 110k, the wrangler had 78k.

Will a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon suspension (springs, shocks, control arms, pitman arm, track bars and tie rod) fit a 2000 Jeep Cherokee? I found a deal and need new suspension.
