With California emission standards on new cars, would it be better to buy after I move out of state?

I’m moving to Utah and plan to buy a new car (Jeep Wrangler). My understanding is that new cars sold in California require additional emisssions-control equipment, which I’m assuming would add cost to the car. Should I buy before the move or after?

What other cars keyless remote will work with a Jeep Grand Cherokee?

i am absolutely in love with jeep wranglers but i’ve seen many for sale recently and i don’t know if thats a good thing or a bad thing? my parents keep saying they’re not safe because they roll easily, but are they good vehicles? just wondering. i probably won’t be getting a car for another year anyway, but i just love them!
