My 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon will only allow me to put 12 gallons of gas in it?

factory tank holds 19 but when i put gas in it it only allows 11 or 12 and the fuel gage tells me its full. do i only have an 11 gallon tank beause thats retarded.

I dont need the door switch fuse…I need the number of which fuse controls all interior lights. My Dash lights up, but when I go to turn on my inside lights manually nothing comes up. Any help ?
