its a jeep grand cherokee 2002 limited 4.7 v8 powertech i have already added a chip , intake and exaust. what else can i do to increase the horsepower by a lot? i dont really have a budget

I just got a 2002 Jeep grand cherokee laredo 4×4 and I was wondering how to engage the 4 wheel drive in it?????
the lever to the left wolnt’ move …ive tried all of that …is there something im not doing right???
do i have to push it REALLY hard or something??
I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport with a tan soft top. On the passenger side above the door (I have full doors), the stitching on the roof has come apart. Can this be mended, or will I have to replace the entire roof?
Also, I am the original owner and I have never taken the top off it even once in almost 7 years of owning it. I think it is just general wear-and-tear, but it would be nice to have it fixed without purchasing a new one.
Thinking about buying a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport convertible with 44,000 miles on it. do you think this is a good car?? they want $9,800 for it at the dealership. the only thing I am really worried about is that I live in texas and the really cold season is still on its way. I hear that covertible jeeps are COLD in the winter time even if the heater is on high and in the summer time convertables are always HOT even with the AC. Plus they are LOUD of the highways. IF YOU HAVE EVER OWNED A JEEP WRANGLER CONVERTIBLE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THEM?? I need this car to last me 5 years and it needs to be something I can drive all the time and be comfortable in.
I asked the dealership guy about my concerns when i test drove it and he said everything should hold up fine in the different seasons but I never trust those dealership guys cause all they want is to tell you what you wanna hear so they can sell a car and make commision.
So, I’m 16 years old, just got a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport.. LOVE IT.
But anyway, I want to throw on some bada*** tires. But since it’s my first car, I am lost.
What’s a good sized tire for a 2002 Wrangler? I want the tires to kind of stick out on the sides.
Here is an example of what I like, maybe a little wider..
