I just got my Jeep and the dealership had added the new wheels and tires. It won’t maintain speed on the freeway now. What gear ratio would I go with to get back to having some power and a little bit better gas mileage? I’m also planning on putting a 4″ lift

Forget the gear ratio change it’s probably already 3.73 and going to a 4.10 or 4.56 will give to more power to road but is going push your mileage lower. Get rid of the big tires and forgo the lift. Both are power and mileage killers. The big tires are just plain hard the roll and the lift kit is just going to add to the aerodynamic drag.
Hear you go….Got an ’09 myself and had the same problem with the 32″s on it.
