How do I remove my steering stabilizer shock on my 1995 jeep grand cherokee?

February7

I am having trouble with the bolt that is attatched to one end of the steering stabilzer and the drag link. I cant tell if that bolt is screwed into the drag link and I need to screw it out, or if it punches out somehow can someone please help me?

Tie rod pickle fork is the tool needed to remove the stud from the drag link. It is tapered.
You can hit the top or bottom of the draglink (where it goes through) with a hammer to “pop ” it out.

You can tap it just dont hit the threads and preferably. it may have to be hit a few times but should fall right out =]
